embedded world 2012
At embedded world 2012 researchers from Fraunhofer FIRST will be presenting a fault-tolerant onboard computer that uses cutting-edge multi-core technology. On the computer are running FIRST developed, complex image recognition algorithms for position and orientation detection, which are adapted to the multi-core architecture.
On our booth we will be also showing model-based testing of control units. In the VAKOMO-project FIRST has proved that a higher quality and time savings can be achieved with model-based development and testing of control units for the automation technology.
The researchers will also present how domain-specific languages (DSL) can be designed and implemented in the software development process.
