Education & Career

Max Bureck graduated in 2009 at Freie Universität Berlin with a master degree in computer science (Dipl.-Inform.). Since 2010 he has been working as a researcher at Fraunhofer FOKUS. The main interests of his research are model-based testing, interoperability testing, automation of test processes and model-driven software engineering, including respective OMG standards such as OCL, QVT, UML and UTP.

Max Bureck worked for Fraunhofer FOKUS on a toolchain for model-based testing – using the related standards UTP, SysML, TTCN-3 – which he presented on several workshops and conferences (e. g. ETSI MBT User Conference 2011, Eclipse Integrated Development Day 2011, Eclipse Testing Day 2011). In his work, Max Bureck also dealt with code review and integration, configuration and deployment of simulation models based on the MODELISAR standard.
